I believe healing is a journey towards becoming your true self. In our work together, I will take a direct yet compassionate approach to therapy, guiding you to explore the deeper layers of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to uncover the core beliefs shaping your life. My ideal clients are those ready to engage in meaningful self-exploration, challenge limiting narratives, and reconnect with their most authentic selves.
My practice is trauma-informed, integrating nervous system awareness, mindfulness, & somatic techniques to support healing & transformation. I believe that our early relationships & experiences profoundly influence our current beliefs & behaviors. Together, we will create a safe & supportive space to explore, challenge, & transform your false narratives.
My goal is to help you access your inner wisdom, cultivate self-trust, and step into the fullest expression of who you are—so you can move through life with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.
I integrate Polyvagal Theory, Psychodynamic, Attachment Theory, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, and a trauma-informed approach. In our initial sessions, we will explore themes of safety within yourself, relationships, and environments to foster regulation. This foundation will support us as we gently navigate past experiences, helping you integrate a healthier, more empowered sense of self. I am currently receiving clinical supervision from a qualified, licensed supervisor until completion of my full licensure.
