Our goal is to provide teams and organizations with insightful and meaningful analysis and feedback that can be used to improve leadership behaviors, interpersonal effectiveness, communication, operating styles, teamwork and collaboration, decision-making, change management, resilience, wellbeing, work/life integration, and coping with stress. We consult with leaders, human resources professionals, and employee assistance programs across many industries and settings.

Fees are either per hour or total 'project.' Fees are negotiated based on expected hours and scope. We invoice our clients and also use a secure technology to process credit card payments.
