We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, Preferred One, Ucare, Medical Assistance, Tricare, Cigna, Aetna, Hennepin Health, and South Country Health Alliance. A few of our providers take United Healthcare, Medica, and Tricare.
Please contact your insurance provider prior to the first session to verify coverage levels. Clients should ask their insurance provider if they have a copay, coinsurance, or are in a deductible so that all cost information is understood prior to the start of therapy.
-
You are responsible for knowing your insurance benefits and for payment of services. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations; otherwise, a fee may be charged. We retain a credit card on file for missed appointments, copays, and other charges.
-
We believe everyone should have access to high quality and affordable therapeutic services. If you do not have insurance coverage or prefer not to use insurance, the self-pay rate is $165, but negotiable with each provider. Please ask your provider for their self-pay range as each provider determines their out-of-pocket rate. We use a secure payment technology to process out-of-pocket payments with a credit card.
-
Clinical supervision fees
We provide individual or dyad supervision for $60 per hour and group supervision for up to six clinicians for $30 per hour.
Coaching, Consultation, and Employee Assistance Program fees
Fees are either per hour or total 'project.' Fees are negotiated based on expected hours and scope. We invoice our clients and also use a secure technology to process credit card payments.
-
Phone or Email
Please contact a provider directly using the phone number or email listed by their photo and biography.

Our goal is to help you work through life's challenges that may be disrupting your ability to function and live more fully. We provide information to help you make informed decisions about the therapy options available to you. As a client, you are expected to take an active role in your therapy.
-
We offer individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Counseling can be done on its own or in conjunction with psychotropic medication. If outpatient counseling isn't sufficient, we may recommend a High Intensity Outpatient Program (HIOP) and/or other therapeutic services and resources.
-
Therapy may involve discussing uncomfortable emotions, which can lead to increased symptoms before improvement is seen. However, benefits can include improved coping skills, better daily functioning, enhanced relationships, greater understanding of personal values and goals, and overall life satisfaction.
-
We provide outpatient mental health counseling by independently licensed professionals or supervised practitioners. Sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes long and are held weekly or biweekly. A diagnostic evaluation is completed at the first or second session to help guide treatment planning.
-
You and your provider will determine together when it's time to transition out of counseling. You have the right to withdraw from therapy at any time. If you discontinue services, please notify your provider.
-
Yes, we offer telehealth services through platforms like Doxy, Zoom, and Therapy Notes. Risks may include communication distortions, technical disruptions, and difficulties in managing emergencies. If telehealth is not suitable, alternative resources will be provided.
-
Minors (under 18) require consent from a parent or guardian for therapy. Parents/guardians have legal access to records. We aim to maintain a trusting relationship with minor clients while involving parents/guardians as needed for safety and support.
-
Family counseling can involve couples, parents, and children. One individual is identified as the “client” who must qualify for a mental health diagnosis. Confidentiality considerations when working with two or more individuals in a session will be discussed as part of the informed consent process during the intake session.
-
Confidentiality is strictly maintained, but there are exceptions, such as court orders, emergencies, or threats of harm.
-
Our providers are not available for crisis services. If you are in crisis, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or text HOME to 741741. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
-
We may use social media for advertising, but clients are not obligated to interact via these platforms. For privacy reasons, we advise against using electronic communication for sensitive matters unless you are comfortable with the potential risks.
-
We charge for any time, information, or reports requested outside of therapy sessions, especially for legal or administrative proceedings. The rate is $500 for less than 4 hours and $1,000 for 4 or more hours.
