Who I help:

Rahma's social work journey has been dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and transitions. With over a decade of experience working with youth, adults, and families, she has developed a warm, supportive, and person-centered approach to therapy.

Rahma earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota and completed her Master’s in Social Work (MSW) at Saint Mary's University. Growing up in an immigrant family, she gained a deep understanding of the impact of cultural and familial expectations, which has shaped her empathetic and inclusive practice.

She is passionate about creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their experiences, understand themselves better, and work toward meaningful change. Rahma values each client’s unique story and collaborates with them to build on their strengths and achieve their goals.
