If you've faced trauma or mental health challenges that have affected your life, including your relationship with substances, you’re not alone. My name is Serenity, and I am here to support you on a journey of self-discovery and change. I believe deeply in the strength and resilience within each person and that everyone is doing their best to cope and connect. While our survival strategies may sometimes lead to challenges, together, we can explore new paths toward a fulfilling life.

In our work, we’ll explore your story, uncovering how past experiences have shaped your present challenges. With compassion and without judgment, I’ll be here to guide you as you reconnect with who you are, discover what truly matters to you, and build the skills to pursue a life that brings joy, peace, and meaning.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with a Master’s in Integrative Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota. My training in Narrative Therapy aligns with my belief that, while I may be a therapy expert, you are the expert on you. My focus on Mindful Self-Compassion, self-forgiveness, and self-efficacy is here to help you foster resilience, learn from the past, and make the changes that will help you thrive.

If you're ready to take a step toward healing, growth, and self-compassion, I am here to support you.
