Who I help:
Anne works with you to meet life the way that aligns with your most-true self. As an individual, couple, or as part of a family, she works with you to define the best path forward; consider and support yor identity and its full expression; improve your communication and relationship skills; deepen or find your purpose and joy for living; create a life that is more in alignment with your desires and values; foster the care and respect that you want, and manage symptoms of severe mental illness.
Living intentionally, including being in therapy, isn’t always easy. But it’s far more satisfying than banging our heads against the same old wall. Most of us have been there, done that. We can do life differently. Anne uses evidence-based practices and the ancient arts of mindfulness. Social justice, trauma, and developmental lenses are key. She supports family relationships: adult child/parent, stepfamily, LGBTQ+ and queer, especially trans youth and their caretakers. She also works with long-term sobriety, and serious mental health disorders from bipolar to complex PTSD to depression.
With both life experience and formal education and training, Anne can support you in becoming who you want to be. Together, you’ll develop new ways of thinking, behaving, and being. She’ll support you as you question habits to see if they’re still useful. You’ll develop more choice and fun as you become the most-true you. Contact her and see what you might do together.
Anne receives clinical supervision from a qualified, licensed supervisor until completion of full licensure.
